Drive with our Egyptologist to Giza to the famous Sphinx and the magnificent Pyramids. Continue to the new Grand Egyptian Museum, which houses priceless treasures of the past including the golden mask of King Tut. (B)

In the morning depart Cairo for approximately three-hour drive through the desert to the city named after Alexander the Great, Alexandria. After breakfast drive approx 100km parallel to the Mediterranean coast to El-Alamein to visit the battlefields and museum. Alamein is historically recognised as its sands witnessed the most decisive battle during World War II. Here more than eight thousands soldiers of the allied troops and the axis troops lost their lives. In the afternoon drive to Cairo for overnight at Cairo Pyramids Hotel. (B)

After breakfast transfer to the airport for flight to Luxor. upon arrival transfer to the  Hotel  Today you will spend a day in Luxor, the world’s greatest outdoor museum, filled with the awe-inspiring monuments of ancient civilisation. Overnight in Luxor. Iberotel Superior Room Hotel. (B)  

After breakfast transfer from hotel to the cruise for embarkation.  Afternoon visits to Karnak and Luxor Temples on the East Bank of the Nile. Karnak temple is the greatest sanctuary of worship in history and includes several temples. The temple begins with the avenue of Rams which led to the hall with 134 columns. Blue Shadow Nile Cruise. After breakfast cross to the West Bank where you will see Colossi of Memnon and impressive Temple of Queen Hatshepsut the only woman who ruled Egypt in the Pharaonic history. Continue to the Valley of the Kings and visit some of its tombs. Afternoon departure to Esna. (B, L, D) 

Visit Edfu to see the Temple of Horus - the god represented by a falcon, then sail to Kom Ombo to visit the temple built on the hillside overlooking the Nile. This temple was dedicated to the two gods Sobek and Haroeris. (B, L, D)
 

Tour historic sites in Aswan including the High Dam, the Old Dam and the Temple of Philae. In the afternoon sail by traditional felucca boat around Kitchener’s Island, natural exhibition of exotic plants and trees. Overnight on board. (B, L, D)  

Disembarkation after breakfast. Opportunity to add optional Abu Simbel tour. Transfer to hotel in Aswan for overnight. (B)
