Known for its vibrant atmosphere and laid-back attitude, it offers a mix of fashionable boutiques, dynamic culture, and lively nightlife, alongside sandy beaches, hot springs, and hiking trails. Key attractions include the Gamcheon Cultural Village, Haedong Yonggungsa Temple, and Art Street in Sinchang-dong. Visitors can also enjoy the cliffs of Taejongdae Park, the beaches at Gwangalli and Haeundae, and various markets like Millak Hoe Town Market and Jagalchi Fish Market, famous for its traditional rice soup, gukpab.
