Drive to Memphis to see the splendid Alabaster Sphinx built in the nineteenth dynasty and a beautifully carved statue of Ramses II. Continue to Sakkara with its Stepped Pyramid. In the afternoon see the famous Sphinx and the magnificent Pyramids – the last remaining of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. (B)

In the morning tour the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities to admire its countless treasures. Spend the afternoon at your leisure exploring this amazing city – shop at the Bazaar or book an optional ‘Sound and Light Show’ at the Pyramids. (B)  

Morning transfer from your hotel to Cairo airport for your flight to Luxor. On arrival, transfer to your hotel. Today you will spend a day in Luxor, the world’s greatest outdoor museum, filled with the awe- inspiring monuments of ancient civilisation. Overnight in Luxor. Iberotel Luxor Hotel (Standard). (B)

After breakfast transfer from your hotel to the cruise vessel for embarkation. Afternoon visits to Karnak and Luxor Temples on the East Bank of the

After breakfast transfer to your hotel. Day at leisure in Aswan, Egypt’s sunniest southern city with a distinctively African atmosphere.
