Hydra is steeped in maritime history, having played a significant role in the 1821 War of Independence. Its seafront is lined with preserved captains’ mansions, and the quaint Old Harbour remains the island’s bustling hub. Walk through the scenic old town or visit the iconic Cathedral for a dose of history. For sun-lovers, Vlichos Beach, with its pine-tree backdrop, is often considered Hydra’s most beautiful. We spend the night here, giving you time to wander the atmospheric streets at dusk and enjoy the island’s lively nightlife, from cozy bars to beach parties. Note: Optional activity – Donkey ride. Today set sail for the hidden gem of Ermioni. This traditional village charms with its cobbled streets, cozy tavernas, and easy, walkable layout. Its compact size makes it perfect to explore on foot, inviting you to stroll through romantic cobble-stoned backstreets and narrow village walkways, where every turn reveals a quiet corner or a glimpse of the sea. Spend afternoon swimming or stand-up paddleboarding in the calm waters of the tranquil bay along the Ermioni coastline or unwind in the shade with a leisurely meal at a local taverna, savoring fresh seafood and local wine as the golden hour approaches. Today, we moor in the quaint fishing village of Perdika, on the serene eastern shores of Aegina Island, famous for the Temple of Aphaia Athena. This is the perfect place to enjoy some of the best seafood in the Saronic Islands. Spend your afternoon swimming in the clear waters or strolling the picturesque bay, before heading to the harbour – lined with tavernas – for your final island feast. (B, L)

After a refreshing morning swim in the Aegean’s sparkling blue waters, we set sail for final destination – returning to Salamina. Enjoy the breeze and ocean views as we cruise, taking time to relax and dream. Arrive in Athens with time to spare, giving you the chance to explore the city further.
