Each flight features unique seating arrangements and layouts, which can vary based on the aircraft type, airline, cabin classes, bulkheads, and the aircraft’s size. You can make seating requests when booking with a travel advisor in-store, over the phone, or directly with the airline.

Seating requests are subject to availability and the operating carriers’ requirements, so it’s best to reconfirm your requested seats upon check-in.

In some cases, you may be asked by cabin or ground crew to move seats. This can be due to aircraft balancing, families with young children needing to sit together, or passengers requiring specific assistance. Always follow the cabin crew’s instructions to ensure a smooth and timely departure. If the airline changes your flight, your initially allocated seats may not be available on the new flight. If you had requested seats before the change, please contact your travel advisor to discuss your options.

Some airlines charge a fee for seat selection, which varies based on the airline, cabin class, ticket terms and conditions, and the type of seat you choose. For example, exit row seats may come with a higher fee than other seating. To secure your preferred seat, it’s best to book as early as possible.

If you are a seat with a bassinet, please note there is only a limited number of bassinet seats per flight, and the must be pre-booked well advance. Each airline has different requirements for bassinets. Generally, infants must be less than 6 months old, however this is at the airline’s discretion. If you need bassinet seating, please contact your local travel advisor to confirm availability before booking. Once bassinet seating is sold out, it unable to be waitlisted. Bookings cannot be refunded based on bassinet seating availability and would be subject to normal bookings conditions should you wish to change or cancel your flight.
