For all bookings either made in-store, online or over the phone, we will send any documentation (eg. client statements, itineraries, receipts etc) to the contact email address you provided to us. If you made your booking in-store, you can also visit any RACQ Travel branch and have them print a paper copy for you.

Depending on your booking, any final documentation may either be emailed to you or handed to you in-person.
