Visit to the West Bank of Luxor and the spectacular Deir al Madina, the workers’ village where craftsman who actually constructed and decorated the tombs in the Valley of the Kings, lived. They built the tombs only a few dozen metres from their town on the heights that overlooked the village. Proceed to Ramesseum Temple, the memorial temple (or mortuary temple) of Pharaoh Ramesses II, ‘Ramesses the Great’. Your final stop is Madinat Habu which dates back to the New Kingdom period and is most famous for its vast amount of well preserved reliefs and the massive statues of Ramesses III. Transfer back to hotel.
