After breakfast, begin a full day tour exploring the most famous sites of Cairo. Starting with the Pyramids at Giza, this tour will show just how skilled the workers were while building the Pyramids and Sphinx. After breakfast, depart the hotel for the airport for a flight to the southern city of Aswan. On arrival transfer to the Port for embarkation on Nile cruise vessel. Afternoon tour of the local sites including a visit to the High Dam complex, Unfinished Obelisk and the Philae Temple, which, similar to Abu Simbel was dismantled and reconstructed brick by brick when flooding from the new High Dam threatened. In the morning sail to Kom Ombo, originally known as the City of Gold, it is famous for the temple shared by the Gods Sobek and Haroeris. Continue the journey to Edfu to visit the Temple of Horus. Resume the journey to Esna before crossing the Lock and finishing in Luxor overnight. (B, L, D)

Depart for the West Bank and admire some of the worlds most revered ancient sights. Visit the Necropolis of Thebes, Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut and the Colossi of Memnon. Afternoon visit East Bank with its spectacular Luxor and Karnak temples. Overnight on board in Luxor. (B, L, D)

After breakfast on board, disembark for a half day touring the West Bank of the Nile. Enjoy seeing the classic ancient Egyptian sites including the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut and the Colossi of Memnon. After a lunch stop, continue on a private half day tour of the East Bank of the Nile. The temple complex of Karnak and Luxor Temples are greatly revered throughout Egyptian History and once featured prominently in important governmental decisions.
