Our Carbon Neutral flights arrive into Hobart where we board our opulent ‘Diamond Class’ coach, travelling responsibly knowing all coach emissions are 100% offset. Explore historic Richmond with its iconic sandstone bridge dating back to 1825. After some exploring we travel to Hobart. Enjoy a seafood dinner at the lively Drunken Admiral for a taste of Tasmania.

This morning we visit Tasmans Arch and Devils Kitchen enroute to the Port Arthur Historic Site, once a seaside colony. Discover its grim history dating back to the 1830s and the harsh convict life. Following a scenic cruise on Carnarvon Bay, we return to Hobart via Eaglehawk Neck, visiting the Tessellated Pavement enroute.

Leaving Hobart, we trace the Derwent Valley to Russell Falls, known for its tiered cascade. Next, we explore ‘The Wall in the Wilderness,’ an ongoing artistic project depicting Central Highlands history. In the afternoon, we journey west, visiting Nelson Waterfalls and viewing the Iron Blow copper mine and Queenstown before reaching Strahan.

Experience Western Tasmania’s tranquil charm with a Gordon River cruise. Witness Hells Gates, the Macquarie Harbour entrance, and explore Sarah Island’s historic convict settlement. Savour a smorgasbord lunch amid the Tasmanian Wilderness World Heritage area before returning to Strahan in the afternoon.

Step aboard the West Coast WIlderness Railway’s heritage diesel train. Head deep into the rainforest and listen as onboard guides share stories of those who built the railway. Journey over the Iron Bridge, once a thriving port town, and enjoy a short nature walk before heading back to Strahan. This afternoon we enjoy a live theatre production of “The Ship That Never Was”, a dramatic and humorous retelling of an incredible true escape story.

This morning, enjoy a guided tour through the ancient myrtles and towering King Billy pines in the pristine Cradle Valley, with our journey ending at Gustav Weindorfer’s historic chalet. We’ll then take in the breathtaking views of the serene Dove Lake before enjoying lunch at the Cradle Mountain Hotel. Following this, we visit Devils@Cradle, where we’ll get an up-close encounter with the Tasmanian Devil during a special feeding tour, offering a glimpse into the life of this remarkable creature.

Take a guided tour of historic Woolnorth, Tasmania’s largest dairy farm, now part of Australia’s biggest dairy operation. Explore the old farm buildings and see how nearly 1,000 hectares have transitioned from beef grazing to dairy farming. Visit Tasmania’s first wind farm, offering stunning Southern Ocean views. At Cape Grim, experience breathtaking seascapes with nearby Aboriginal middens and fishing boats gathering abalone and lobster around the Doughboys. After lunch we take in the breathtaking views of Stanley on a return chairlift ride to the top of the local attraction known as The Nut.

Departing Devonport, we make our way to Launceston’s Cataract Gorge where were we ride the world’s longest single-span chairlift, delighting in breathtaking vistas. Afterwards we set off through Dorset to witness the Legerwood Carved Memorial Trees - a remarkable tribute to WWI soldiers. We then pause at Pyengana Dairy, renowned for its heritage cheeses, before making our way to our accommodation.

This morning we take to the skies for a scenic flight over the Friendly Beaches, Wineglass Bay and ‘The Hazards’ Mountains. Tracking the Freycinet Peninsula we spot Maria Island, the impressive pink granite cliffs and Tasmania’s iconic rugged coastline. Back on the ground we arrive at Freycinet for lunch overlooking the blue waters of Great Oyster Bay. Our afternoon takes us to the Tasmanian Wool Centre for a visit before heading into Hobart.

After breakfast this morning we make our way to Hobart Airport for our respective Carbon Neutral flights home.
