- Visit Dujiangyan Panda Base, At the heart of Sichuan's province, the native land of the giant panda, visit the excellent Dujiangyan Panda Base where you'll learn all about China's iconic bear, the conservation projects in action to increase their numbers and, of course, see these beautiful animals for yourself.
- Learn to make Sushi, Discover the history and etiquette of making and appreciating sushi with a hands-on lesson before sitting down with your instructing chef to enjoy Japan's most famous cuisine. It's the taking part that counts!
- Make Dumplings in Xian, Try your hand at making Xian's famous dumplings, learning how to shape these iconic bites before sitting down to enjoy a delicious dumpling banquet for dinner. As you dine, watch a spectacular Tang Dynasty music and dance performance.
