Overview
Finish:Kittilä, Finland
Travel Period
Spend Christmas in Northern Finland, under glass. The Levi Glass Igloos are known for their seclusion, wide views and aurora rised bed positioned so you can watch for the Northern Lights from where you lie.
Each igloo is well appointed, with a private kitchenette, shower and toilet. Dinner is a Lappish affair, served each evening in the glass-roofed restaurant; guests staying on Christmas Eve are served a traditional Finnish Christmas dinner. Days are given over to winter activities, husky sledding, snowmobiling and a reindeer safari, along with a Santa program for the children. The ski resort of Levi is close by too, for winter shopping, evening skiing and more.
